Arvello builds interactive 3D visualisations for land and property across New Zealand. Our work spans rural land visualisation for farms and stations, property development visualisation for subdivisions and master planned communities, and construction visualisation for active infrastructure projects. Each environment is delivered via a stream over the internet, meaning your team, your investors and your buyers can explore it from a browser on any device, no specialist hardware or software required.

Every Arvello project starts with a conversation about what you actually need to see, share and act on. Those answers shape the tools we build into your environment, and they're different every time.
In our Broadacre Station project, a Canterbury beef and dairy farmer needed to run the property paddock by paddock: livestock numbers you can move between paddocks, crop rotation states you toggle against soil quality and stock counts, a note system and an extensive set of view modes.
On a residential development, the same underlying technology produces something entirely different: unit selection and detailing, cutaway views into homes, sun path across the day, state toggles showing the site in various modes.
On an active construction site, different again: progress tracking against programme, annotation and markup for site teams, phase comparison, and stakeholder-ready views for reporting.
The environment, the navigation, the streaming and the visual quality are constant. What sits on top of them is uniquely yours.

Arvello environments keep project teams, contractors and stakeholders aligned across every stage of a build, from pre-construction planning through to practical completion. One accurate, navigable visual reference, updated as your project progresses, accessible to your site team and your boardroom alike.
AGRICULTURE & Rural
Farm and rural land visualisation for New Zealand properties. Whether you are bringing a significant property to market, looking to increase operational efficiency, or keeping investors connected to a station they rarely visit, an Arvello environment gives everyone the same clear picture of the land. We work with farms, stations, horticulture and rural landholdings across Canterbury, the South Island and New Zealand wide.
HOW WE WORK
Every engagement follows the same two-stage structure. An initial build-out to create your environment, followed by a customised ongoing relationship that keeps it live, current, and serviceable.
1. THE BUILD-OUT
We handle everything from site data processing and environment creation through to interactive tooling, platform setup and team onboarding. Your environment is built to a high visual standard, crafted to communicate the true character and scale of your land or operation to anyone who needs to understand it.
A one-off fee to create your environment, with your first twelve months of hosting included. No subscription and no monthly commitment. Your environment is live and accessible from day one.
2. ONGOING RELATIONSHIP
Your first year of hosting is covered. From month thirteen, you choose how involved we stay.
Hosting. (Recommended) Your environment stays live and accessible from any browser, anywhere, with no active update cycle. Best for assets that don't change often, or when you simply want it available.
Full service partnership. We stay actively involved, maintaining and evolving the environment as your land or project changes. Regular check-ins, agreed update cycles, think of it as having your own spatial partner embedded in your operation.
Clean break. Take the project files and go.
We don't recommend it for most clients, running an Arvello environment independently needs a high-end workstation on hand, which is exactly what the hosted option removes. But it's there if you want it.
